About JCB DataViewer

A web-based system for presentation, sharing and archiving published scientific image data in The Journal of Cell Biology. The JCB DataViewer archives data for authors and makes them available for query and re-use by other scientists.

Project Objectives

Improve the access to and use of complex multi-dimensional image datasets associated with papers published in JCB
Add DOI, the standard unique identifier used to identify published scientific information
Improve presentation of large, complex datasets from high content screening (HCS) and large tiled arrays
